1. 30-day return window
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This includes your legal right of withdrawal under European Union law (minimum 14 days), which we extend to 30 days.

2. Return conditions (sealed products only)
Because our products are cosmetics, and for health protection and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are:
- unopened and unused;
- with the original seal/safety seal intact;
- in their original packaging.
Products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned, as permitted by EU consumer law. This does not apply to defective, damaged or incorrect items (see section 5).

3. How to return an item
To start a return, email us at support@aneskin.com within the 30-day period with your order number and the items you wish to return. Any clear statement of your decision to return is sufficient; a model withdrawal form is also available on request.
Please send the items back within 14 days of notifying us, to:

Items sent back without first contacting us may delay your refund.

4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at support@aneskin.com with your order number and photos, and we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (unopened and sealed) for a refund and place a new order.

7. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will refund the full amount paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your return notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof of having sent them back. Refunds are made to your original payment method, at no extra cost to you. Your bank may take a few additional days to process it.

8. Sale items and gift cards
Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full-price items. Gift cards are non-refundable.
